By accessing and using VibeDone's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Description of Service
VibeDone provides engineering-as-a-service solutions for software development projects. Our services include:
- Custom software development
- MVP development and refinement
- Technical consulting and project rescue
- Ongoing maintenance and support
Project Acceptance
VibeDone reserves the right to accept or decline any project submission. Project scope, timeline, and pricing are determined after initial consultation and review.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are established on a per-project basis. Generally:
- Fixed-price projects require upfront payment or milestone-based payments
- Scope changes may result in additional charges
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. VibeDone retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components.
Warranties and Disclaimers
VibeDone provides services "as is" without warranty. We strive for high-quality deliverables but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results.
Limitation of Liability
VibeDone's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Termination terms are specified in individual project agreements.
